Biglow/Bush Sewer Rehabilitation and Euclid/Edgewater Lining

The City of St. Paul had nearly twelve miles of sanitary sewer pipeline needing rehabilitation. Pipe diameter ranged from 8 inches to 27 inches.

Encompassing two pipeline projects of over 30,000 feet each, the sewer lines were located throughout the city, running beneath some of the community’s highest traffic areas. With a wide range in pipeline diameters, the city needed a contractor expert in both small and large diameter CIPP techniques.

SAK delivered, installing over 62,000 linear feet of cured-in-place pipe with minimal disruption to the residents of this bustling city. During the course of the project, the city added more segments to the original job. Yet SAK completed both projects on time. St. Paul city managers were so pleased with the results, they awarded SAK a third project.
