Tom Kalishman - Chairman, CEO

As chairman and CEO, Tom guides the strategic direction for SAK. Literally brought up in the industry, Tom brings years of experience to SAK. Starting from the ground up, Tom served as an operations manager, general manager, and regional director at Insituform Mid-America. From 1998 to 2005, he served on the board of directors at Insituform Technologies, Inc. Guided by his experience in these roles and in running other successful business ventures, Tom has been instrumental in leading SAK’s dedication to client satisfaction and business relationships built on good communication and excellent service.
